4. Revisions

Each pricing package includes a limited number of revision rounds as stated in the selected package.

A revision round refers to one set of changes requested by the client after reviewing the website preview.

Clients should submit all requested changes in a single message where possible.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional charges.

If the scope of the project changes significantly after development has begun, Anchor Web Studio reserves the right to renegotiate the project scope and pricing.

5. Project Completion and Approval

Once the website has been completed and the included revision rounds have been used, the client will be asked to provide final approval.

If the client continues requesting changes beyond the included revisions, Anchor Web Studio may treat the project as completed according to the agreed specification.

Further changes may require additional payment.

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

In cases where a project cannot reasonably continue due to excessive revision requests or a breakdown in communication, Anchor Web Studio reserves the right to terminate the project and retain the deposit to cover work already completed.

6. Payment Terms

Projects require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins.

The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the website is completed and ready to go live.

The website will not be launched or transferred to the client until the final payment has been received in full.

The deposit is non-refundable once work on the project has begun, as it covers time spent on planning, design and development.

If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days during the project, Anchor Web Studio reserves the right to close the project and retain the deposit.

7. Project Timeline

Typical website delivery times range between 3 and 14 days, depending on project complexity, responsiveness of the client and availability of required content.

Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.

8. Website Launch

Once the final version of the website has been approved and the remaining payment has been received, the website will be deployed to the agreed hosting platform.

After launch, further updates or changes may be treated as additional work.

9. Client Content Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that any text, images, logos or other content provided for use on the website are owned by the client or that the client has permission to use them.

Anchor Web Studio shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues resulting from content supplied by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed website design will transfer to the client.

Anchor Web Studio retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio and reference the project for marketing purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

Websites may integrate or rely on third-party services including hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools and form handling services.

Anchor Web Studio is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party providers.

12. Limitation of Liability

Anchor Web Studio shall not be liable for indirect damages including loss of revenue, loss of business or website downtime.

Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the project.

13. Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time.

If work has already begun, the deposit will not be refunded.

If the project is cancelled before work begins, any payments made may be refunded at the discretion of Anchor Web Studio.

14. Changes to These Terms

Anchor Web Studio reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
